01 How can I pay? All orders must be paid in advance using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Once your payment has been received and confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.	02 Available payment methods We currently accept most major credit and debit cards for customers located within the European Union. Payment by bank transfer is also available.
03 Payments outside the European Union For customers outside the European Union, bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. Bank transfer details will be provided during checkout when this payment method is available for your order.	04 Secure card payments Online card payments are processed through a secure European banking payment platform. Your card details are entered directly into the bank’s secure payment environment and are not processed, viewed or stored by our store.
05 Your card details We do not store credit or debit card details. All sensitive payment information is handled directly by the payment provider through encrypted and secure systems.	06 Discreet billing Your bank statement will not show the products purchased or any explicit reference to the nature of the items sold in our store. The payment will appear under a discreet billing descriptor that does not directly identify the products or the category of the purchase.
07 Order processing Your order will begin processing once the payment has been successfully confirmed. For bank transfers, processing may take slightly longer, as the order can only be prepared once the transfer has been received and matched to your order.	08 Payment confirmation Card payments are usually confirmed immediately. Bank transfers may require additional time depending on the bank, country and processing schedule.
